The past 2 years should have taught us a huge lesson on the potential overreach of government, especially over our basic rights. We have seen how states have governed by mandate, stripping away our ability to move freely and enjoy the basic parts of our daily activities we now do not take for granted. We also saw a crazed push to take away the most basic right of how we manage our own bodies.

It is important for people to be informed about what their legislators are proposing to go into law because in the end, it affects us all.
