Everything You Need to Know About 2022 Covid-19 Bills in California
The past 2 years should have taught us a huge lesson on the potential overreach of government, especially over our basic rights. We have seen how states have governed by mandate, stripping away our ability to move freely and enjoy the basic parts of our daily activities we now do not take for granted. We also saw a crazed push to take away the most basic right of how we manage our own bodies.
Several democratic representatives have put forward 8 different bills up for a vote that have significant consequences to the people of California and potentially to the rest of the country. This is a breakdown of everything that will be up for a vote and its impact, supported by recent relevant data.
Don't live in California? You should still have a basic understanding of what is happening in this state. Controversial bills have been passed in the state of California to set a precedent or become a pilot for what legislators want to do to the rest of the country. For Example, California passed a bill easing sex offender registry requirements for sodomy with a minor and a year later Illinois is proposing measures easing sex offender registry rules as well. Another example is California was the first state to get rid of Cash Bail in 2018. New York followed California in removing cash bail, which has had devastating effects on the communities.
It is important for people to be informed about what their legislators are proposing to go into law because in the end, it affects us all.

AB 1797 – An act to amend Section 120440 of the Health and Safety Code, relating to immunization registry.

What Is In The Bill?
This Bill would change the law and force all vaccine providers (doctors, pharmacists) to upload vaccination data to a registry for all children. The Bill would also make available all the vaccinations given to a student, not just those required to attend school – and would require reporting the race and ethnicity of children.
What Does It Mean?
This data would risk the health, privacy and safety of children because it would be openly available to all employees of each public facility, including family care homes, daycares, or schools. This creates a much higher risk that means the chance that your child's medical condition, or even the exploitation of your child's race and ethnicity could be released by a teacher, daycare worker, or public care provider. This bill also requires divulging childs race and ethnicity which was never required before.

What Is In The Bill?
Employment: COVID-19 vaccination requirements for all employees, including private contractors to show proof of Covid vaccine to work in California
What Does It Mean?
The impact of this is not only a strategic and financial nightmare for small businesses but also for anyone not willing to get the vaccination. It is also a very irresponsible measure considering there is no long term data on the side effects or harm of the vaccination. One new study just released from The New England Journal of Medicine reports that after vaccination, the risk of myocarditis increased after catching Covid 19.
This shows that the vaccine not only does not stop you from getting Covid, but it increases the chance for myocarditis. New Data released by the FDA of Pfizers trials also showed the vaccine had a very high adverse effect rate on those who participated and received the vaccine.
AB 2098 – Physicians and surgeons: unprofessional conduct - An act to add Section 2270 to the Business and Professions Code, relating to healing arts.

What Is In The Bill?
This bill aims to stop licensed doctors and surgeons from sharing misinformation about the COVID-19 vaccine. It does that by classifying the distribution or promotion of misinformation or disinformation related to COVID-19 as “unprofessional conduct” that would result in disciplinary action by governing medical boards.
What Does It Mean?
The impact of this would mean doctors and surgeons would be afraid to give you real advice based on data and experience and only follow the corporate narrative even if it is wrong and could potentially harm you.
During Covid, doctors who advised against the vaccine were fired, shamed, and attacked by politicians and media outlets alike. Two years later, now the same media sites are using the same talking points about Covid and the vaccinations. Some of these talking points include cloth masks do not work to stop the spread, masking children and keeping them out of school is more harmful to their health, and Vaccinations do not stop the transmission of covid.
SB 866 – Minors: vaccine consent - An act to add Section 6931 to the Family Code, relating to minors.

What Is In The Bill?
The bill will allow kids age 12 and up to make choices on vaccines without their parents’ consent.
What Does It Mean?
This is a slippery slope. Teachers and school nurses that may encourage a child to agree to a vaccine do not know a child’s medical history. Even with the proposed law change to open a child's vaccination history to them, they do not know the child’s actual medical history. Children do not know their own medical history either. With medical interventions, it is imperative that one makes an informed decision as to the related risks and whether the benefits outweigh those risks. Children at 12 years old aren’t old enough to consent to have sex, drive, smoke or have elective surgery but according to this bill, are old enough to consent to this medical intervention?
What else will they ask kids to do without parents' consent?
World Health Organization advises that the Pfizer vaccine should not be take by people with a history of severe allergic reactions to vaccines, people who are pregnant (due to insufficient data) and anyone under the age of 16
The incidence of cardiac outcomes after mRNA COVID-19 vaccination was highest for males aged 12–17 years after the second vaccine dose; however, within this demographic group, the risk for cardiac outcomes was 1.8–5.6 times as high after SARS-CoV-2 infection than after the second vaccine dose,” the CDC said in the report.
SB 871 – Public health: immunizations - An act to amend Sections 120325 and 120335 of, and to repeal Section 120338 of, the Health and Safety Code, relating to public health

What Is In The Bill?
The bill will add Covid 19 Vaccine to the list of already mandatory immunization schedule required for students even without Full FDA Approval. Kids would not be allowed into school, daycare, nursery, family daycare home or development centers if they do not get all vaccinations required by the state of California, including covid 19.
It would also remove personal belief exemption from Covid 19 vaccination as well as any future or additional immunization requirements deemed necessary by the California department of public health.
This revision would change gender pronouns from:
- His or Her changed to Their
- He or She changed to They
What Does It Mean?
The CDC has reported
- The vaccine does not prevent infection or transmission
- Children are not vectors of transmission for this virus
- Children have a statistically 0% chance of death
California Department of Health will be able to dictate mandatory vaccines for all students for any future vaccine Without having to go to the State Legislature for approval. This gives too much power to a non-elected group of individuals as well as potentially violates a person's religious beliefs.
The British Medical Journal Published Results of their study and found both Pfizer and Moderna had significantly increased rates of myocarditis or myopericarditis, especially among individuals aged 12 – 39 years.
FDA’s Newly released Covid Vaccine data from Pfizers trials shows a higher risk of harm from vaccination than previously reported.
CDC data show that for boys ages 5 to 11, incidents involving myocarditis or pericarditis were 12.6 to 17.6 cases per 100,000 after infection. But for males ages 12 to 17, cases of myocarditis and pericarditis were 50.1 to 64.9 cases per 100,000 after infection.
The bill is also ill timed and not necessary given the state’s recognition of rapidly improving public health conditions. Governor Newsom has begun lifting emergency orders and other COVID-19 related state mandates, including lifting the workplace indoor mask mandate, for most sectors, on March 1, 2022, and lifting the indoor mask mandate for schools on March 11, 2022.
Currently, 44 States allow for health and religious exemptions. If we don’t stand up for our right to have bodily autonomy, especially when it comes to experimental medical interventions like Covid 19 Vaccine, amendments like this will chip away at our individual right.
SB 1018 – Platform Accountability and Transparency Act

What Is In The Bill?
This bill would require online platforms to be more transparent about how they use algorithms and what databases they interact with.
What Does It Mean?
The main point of this bill is so they can understand how they can regulate speech on each platform and how each platform connects to the broad public.
This bill would require any posts referencing materials of research to only be published by approved sources and would hold the platforms responsible if published materials violate policies.
New Pfizer data released by FDA and NIH Emails released by a lawsuit under freedom of information act show Pfizer as well as the NIH and Dr Fauci lied to the American public about things related to Covid and used suppression of speech on platforms to limit how many people would be able to see the truth.
This would be very dangerous for the public because if the government controls the narrative and does not let dissenting opinions from other experts, we run the risk of losing the ability to provide informed consent and a major distrust in our government like we saw after the Tuskegee experiments on African americans.
SB 1464 - Law enforcement: public health orders

What Is In The Bill?
Would force law enforcement officials to enforce public health orders or face defunding of agencies. This includes lockdown orders that might violate your rights.
What Does It Mean?
Currently law enforcement is able to decide on if they will enforce some of the public health orders like mandating vaccinations on their employees or enforcing mask mandates on the public. This law would make it criminal for them to not enforce these public health orders even if they are unconstitutional. It would also allow them to defund the law enforcement agency if they chose not to enforce the public health order.
Why are these representatives pushing these law changes?
One can argue that these representatives want to keep people safe, but if you dig a little deeper, the data begins to contradict this reasoning.

Important updates in vaccine news:
- Effective February 25, 2022, CDC is exercising its enforcement discretion to not require that people wear masks on buses or vans operated by public or private school systems, including early care and education/child care programs. CDC is making this change to align with updated guidance that no longer recommends universal indoor mask wearing in K-12 and early education settings in areas with a low or medium COVID-19 Community Level.
- As of April 18th, CDC will no longer require masks on planes and trains as they have overstepped its statutory authority. Federal Judge ruled that CDC acted outside its authority and provided no data and failed to adequately explain its decision on the forced masking.
- Published Pfizer Data from a lawsuit that forced the FDA to show results has a shocking reveal. The number of deaths and adverse effects is appalling and should have been released to the public right away. This is another reason to question the motives of the mandatory vaccination.
- The New England Journal of Medicine reports that after vaccination, the risk of myocarditis increased after catching Covid 19.
- New Study on 02/25/2022 shows that Pfizer vaccine for 5 to 11 year-olds is significantly less effective in preventing the disease among children 5-11 and 12-17 years in New York after the Emergence of the Omicron Variant
- FDA Identified potential 1:5000 Risk of Myocarditis developing in teenage males. CDC reported an approximately 95% hospitalization rate for Myocarditis related adverse vaccine event
- The New England Journal of Medicine published a study from electronic health records from Clalit Health Services, the nation's largest H.M.O. found that myocarditis was more common in the vaccinated group than the unvaccinated. It also showed that after vaccination the risk increased from myocarditis after catching Covid 19
- Following the 2nd dose, boys aged 12 – 15 were found to have 3 times higher than CDC estimated cardiac adverse events. Age 16 – 17 group found a higher rate than estimated by CDC by around 40%
- December 2, 2021 over 120 children hospitalized after receiving Pfizer vaccine in Thanh Hoa reported by CDC
- US CDC released on or before March 28, 2022 that 7,880 cases of multisystem inflammatory syndrome and 66 MIS-C Deaths in children between age 5 – 13 years old
- The risk of Myocarditis is 3 to 4 times higher from moderna vaccine compared to Pfizer
- Moderna Recalled 764,900 Covid 19 vaccine doses in the US after contamination found
- Moderna Recalled 1.63 Million Covid 19 vaccine doses in Japan after contamination found
- California and New York have the worst record of handling Covid19 while using draconian measures
- FDA had to release Pfizer Covid data that showed Pfizer realized they had a massive increase in Adverse reactions and were hiring 600+ new employees to deal with the drastic rise. This is the data that the FDA tried to hide for 75 years for Pfizer that a judge ruled needed to be released immediately.
- Pfizer test data also showed higher risk of myocarditis after the 2nd shot.
- India's Subject Expert Committee (SEC), a panel that advises the nation's Central Drugs Standard Control Organization (CDSCO), a national regulatory body focused on pharmaceuticals and devices, ruled that the Pfizer-BioNTech vaccine should not be recommended for an EUA in the country. They noted that incidents of palsy, anaphylaxis and other SAE’s have been reported during post marketing and the casualty of the events with the vaccine is being investigated. Pfizer also failed to present evidence that its vaccine was safe for the Indian population, according to a Central Drugs Standard Control Organization (CDSCO) statement.
